
So the impetus for this piece was the first photo above. It’s a photo of a man, crawling on the floor of a TTC subway train, asking people for money. I hate that the prestige of billionaires is prioritized over the health and safety of the public. It’s immoral that our society is engineered in this manner. Billionaires must be taxed to prevent this harm, and politicians must be regulated so they do not continue to neglect the public and protect billionaires. Otherwise if billionaires are not taxed, these social problems will continue to manifest and spill over into public spaces like the TTC.
